1. Information We Collect
Information You Provide
If you submit your email address through our early access request form, we collect and store that email address for the purpose of contacting you about Cobia's launch and early access program. Submission is entirely voluntary.
Automatically Collected
When you visit getcobia.app, standard web server logs may record:
- Your IP address (anonymized)
- Browser type and version
- Device type and operating system
- Pages viewed and time spent
- Referring URL
This information is used solely for site performance monitoring and security purposes.
Cookies
Cobia uses only essential functional cookies necessary for the site to operate. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
2. How We Use Your Information

Cobia uses the following third-party services. Your use of this site does not constitute a direct relationship with these providers:
- Cloudflare — hosting, CDN, and security infrastructure
- Google Fonts — typography (Comfortaa and DM Sans fonts)
Each provider's use of data is governed by their own privacy policies.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties except:
- Service providers — Cloudflare processes data solely to operate the site
- Legal requirements — if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of users or the public
6. Data Retention
Email addresses collected through our early access form are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Server logs are retained for up to 30 days for security and performance purposes, then deleted.
7. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you at any time. California, EU, and other jurisdiction residents with specific data rights may exercise those rights by contacting us. We will respond within 30 days.
8. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption via Cloudflare. No system is completely secure. If you identify a security concern, please contact us at legal@tnappstudio.com.
9. Children's Privacy
Cobia is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has submitted personal information, please contact legal@tnappstudio.com.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be noted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of Cobia after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
